Favorite The Simpsons Episodes

Simpsons Roasting on an Open Fire (Season 1 Episode 1)

I didn’t watch this episode when it debuted but a replay in December 1992. I also had The Simpsons Xmas Book that also told the story, Simpsons Roasting on an Open Fire.

Who Shot Mr. Burns? (Season 6 Episode 25 and Season 7 Episode 1)

I remember part one vividly, sitting in my room watching Mr. Burns falling on a sundial. I also remember watching those America’s Most Wanted commercial breaks and TV special that aired Springfield’s Most Wanted.

King Size Homer (Season 7 Episode 7)

I quote this episode on a daily basis. As Bart said, “I wash myself with a rag on a stick.”

Round Springfield (Season 6 Episode 22)

Such a emotional episode for Lisa, and myself. I teared up when I found out that Murphy passed away. But that ending though with Murphy and the many characters of James Earl Jones appear because Lisa is hallucinating is a perfect ending to an emotional episode.

Radioactive Man (Season 7 Episode 2)

Another episode I quote on the daily. “Watch out, Radioactive Man!” The episode itself I really enjoy, watching Bart try to grow an extra inch, but having the twist that Milhouse got the role.
